Issue Of Transfer Certificate

Online Transfer certificate feature provided in the dash board of Scientific Study parent portal. Parents are requested to log in to parent login.

Request for Online Transfer certificate is to be given at least one month in advance and Transfer certificate will be issued only on clearance of all dues.

One cancelled cheque is to be submitted along with online Transfer Certificate for refund of Caution Money through NEFT transfer.

Duplicate copy of a Transfer Certificate is not normally issued. Duplicate copy may be issued on production of an affidavit that the original Transfer Certificate has been lost and penalty of Rs 100/- will be charged.

In case Transfer certificate has been applied for, there will be no cancellation. Re-Admission can be done.

If Transfer certificate is 11th or any date after 10th, fee for the whole month will be retained by the school.
